Build Class



Would you like to be fitter and stronger everywhere and have some fun while doing so? Then this is the ideal lesson for you.

Here a combination of strength and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) will be combined.

No matter what your level is, you can always join the Build Class.

In this class we limit ourselves to 8 people to guarantee quality.

The class will take place outdoors at locations in and around Leuven..

Would you like to be fitter and stronger everywhere, with just a little more attention to your legs, stomach and buttocks? Then this is the ideal lesson for you

Here a combination of strength and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) will be combined.
